Jenni Hogan

Jenni is a prolific solo and chamber musician. Recent highlights include performing at St John Smith’s Square, on Sounds New BBC Radio 3, Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Barbican as a soloist and in chamber groups such as Decibels, FLAME, and Bastard Assignments. Jenni has played in several contemporary music festivals such as Darmstadt, Principal Sound, London Ear, Sounds New and Tete a Tete. 


Jenni also has a strong interest in improvised music; working as part of ensembles, with dance, in solo and duo roles and as a recording artist in numerous film scores. She regularly performs as an improviser all over London, in venues such as the Southbank and with nonclassical. 


Jenni trained at Trinity Laban with Anna Noakes, gaining a distinction in her Masters.


Jenni is an passionate folk musician, with a particularly strong interest in Irish and Eastern European music. She performs regularly with her group, Mooncoin, in and around London.
